We had a highly disappointing experience with Hangzhou Yixing 3D Technology Co., Tld., particularly dealing with their representative, Miss Daphne. An Order place on 31st Dec, 2024 was not delivered in full until march 2025-nearly 3 months later. Even then, the delivery was incomplete, missing a crucial component, without which the enitre prototype set became unusable for its intended purpose. Despite repeatedly raising this issue, the response from the company was evasive. Instead of addressing the missing part, they continued to share irrelevant updates and measurements-completely ignoring the core problem. The process was mentally exhausting and unnecesarrily complicated, resembling the exprience of trying to import a restricted item rather than simple prototypes. Even after escalating to the company's management, Miss Daphne's unhelpful attitude persisted. I Strongly advice others to proceed with caution before engaging this vendor.

The work and quality are fantastic. I highly recommend them, their work is amazing.
